It is a totally self contained unit that comes to you.  I have the same equipment a  grooming salon uses - just added wheels!  The van is equipped with it's own power and can plug into your home if needed and it also equipped with water tanks for our own  water and a holding tank for dirty water. The water is heated and it is equipped with A/C and heating. This is an excellent service for the busy households that love their pets!

 Hydro massage is the use of a recirculating bather that recirculates a water/shampoo mixture from in the tub or equipment that draws shampoo from a container via a tube to the hose with fresh water mixing it as it is applied to the pet.

Do I use a hydro massage or any other type of bathing system? NO.  I guess I'm old
school but I prefer the hands on approach where I can feel every inch of your dog with
my own 2 hands. This method allows to me make sure every part of your dog is clean
and the detection of any abnormalities.  We all love going to the hair salon and getting
that soothing massage when they wash our hair. Would you want them just shooting a
shampoo/water mixture on your head with a hose and then rinsing your hair out?  I come
to pamper your pet and your pet gets an actual relaxing massage while getting clean.

Sorry, no we do not do cats.  Most cats don't like the dryers used and do better with a cage dry setting. They also normally require 2 people and since it's just me for the safety of me and your cat I don't provide a mobile service to cats.

Feel free to contact us though we may be able to refer to you someone who does specialize in mobile grooming for cats.

Since mobile grooming is a convenient, personalized service expect the prices to run somewhat higher than a traditional grooming salon. Since mobiles can't do the volume of pets a grooming salon can do there are still expenses and bills to be paid so it does run higher for the personalized express service.  Some groom shops that offer express service do charge higher so expect the prices to run around the same as theirs.

You will have to call for a quote or estimate, the price cannot be set until I see what I'm actually dealing with and the amount of work to be done. 

As soon as your puppy has had ALL it's round of shots.  Parvo is airborne and without having all rounds of shot your puppy is still catch it until fully immune.  I've owned pups and have known others in the past who had 2-3 rounds of shots and still caught the virus because they were not fully immunized yet.  You can help your puppy's first grooming experience by working with your puppy at home. Get him/her accustomed to being handled by touching feet/ face, brush, brush, brush!  

This is the GREAT thing about mobile grooming...NO!  

The first time we do ask that you
be home to introduce us to your pet and discuss what you want and any problems or
health issues you might want to address. After that, if you are comfortable with the
service and you feel your pet won't have a problem, I can come groom your pet while
you're away at work or whatever else you need to do!  You can come home to a
clean professionally groomed pet without having to schedule your entire day or day off
around a groomer's schedule!  No more waiting all day for the call your pet is finally
done! We can come to your home or work!

We do require up to date vaccinations for all canine diseases, not only your pet and other pets, but also for us.  

All dog bites must be reported to the state and The state of Texas requires all dogs to have a rabies vaccine. If we are bit and your pet is not up to date on shots, your pet will be required to spend a week in quarantine at a vet clinic at your expense, and we don't want that! (If you know your pet has ever bit anyone, the vet, another groomer, etc PLEASE let us know so we will know which precautions to take with your pet!)

We do not require the bordetella,  but I always advise it since kennel
cough is an airborne disease it's always good to take precautions. 

No, at this time we do not.  Scaling is a veterinary procedure and must be performed under the supervision of licensed veterinarian only!  We do not offer teeth brushing as doing it only once every few weeks (or longer) is not going to be effective or cure bad breath or keep your pet's teeth/gums clean. The only way brushing teeth is beneficial for your pet is if it's done one or more times a week. 

We do not believe in offering a service that will not make a significant difference and charge you an extra amount for something that basically made no difference at all.

No, at this time we do not accept credit cards.  We accept cash and checks only.  There is a $35 returned check fee on all returned checks!
